Shipping policy
GunCycle (operated by Robert Ralph, LLC) ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
- Free economy shipping on orders of $99.99 or more.
- Orders under $99.99 ship via flat-rate economy shipping: $15.99 for standard orders, or $24.99 for oversized/heavy orders (50 lbs and over).
- Prefer faster delivery? Expedited UPS and USPS rates are shown at checkout, calculated live for your address. Economy shipping is our slower, standard ground service; the paid carrier options are typically faster.
Processing and delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 48 business hours. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the method chosen at checkout and your destination. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
How your order ships
Depending on the item, your order ships either directly from GunCycle or from one of our authorized distribution partners' warehouses. Either way, GunCycle is responsible for your order and stands behind it. Orders containing items from more than one source may arrive in separate shipments.
Restricted items
Some equipment is subject to state or local restrictions, and certain items may require verification before we can ship. We do not sell firearms or ammunition. If an item cannot be lawfully shipped to your address, we will contact you and refund that item.
