HOW TO MAKE YOUR SHADOW BOX:
Sheet A (cover sheet): Carefully cut out the grey area inside the curtain leaving you with the proscenium front. Be careful not to cut around the outside of the diorama design as this forms the frame. Sheet B: Score the 4 inner dotted lines and fold them inwards. Score the outer dotted lines and fold them outwards.

Make a cut in each corner along the white line and cut away the white area. Now create a shallow box using the corner triangles to stick to the adjacent edge, matching up the picture. The light grey area is folded outwards to create a lip with which to glue the box to the back of the proscenium front. Sheet C: Cut around Alice and her tab, this is folded backwards and she can be stuck to the floor of the box. When she is in position, you can use the extra tab to make her sturdy by attaching it to Alice and the backdrop. You can leave your shadow box 'penny plain' or if you wish to colour and decorate it, do it before you cut out the sheets. You can make the box more three-dimensional by cutting round part of the doors, cards and/or butterflies and folding them. You can attach ribbon to some accessories and suspend them from the proscenium
or stick them where you want on your scene.

To complete your model, attach your proscenium to the box and then hang on the wall.
